I think the roller ball worked so well. You did not get any of it on your hands and it was so easy to apply anywhere. It also was very discrete and hard to tell what it was.

didn't mind the stinging because I knew it was working. I think it needs to sting to really work. If I had a choice to buy one with less potency to prevent the sting, then I would not buy it. I want the product to work!!! I think this product works better then Abreva. 1. Because this time I had an outbreak on my chin usually it tends to scar but it didn't this time. It was because of the product. That is huge. It really helped it heal. 2. It dried it up as well as healed. That's what you want it to do. Abreva's pump applicator always pumps out way too much so oyu tend to waste it or the squeeze tube when freshly opened will squeeze out uncontrolably and waste the product. I have always been very dissapointed with that. Plus this product works faster. How much will this product cost?

This product worked much better than other products I have used. I used to use prescription medication. They did not work as fast as your product. The roller ball design was easy to use and better than a messy cream.

This product has been the best by far. I usually get a little bump and in 2 to 3 days it erupts into a larger red sore that is very painful and sometimes there are several lesions. With your product the bumps never really matured and were gone within the 3 days. Thank you Andy for giving me this wonderful opportunity to sample your product.

I am amazed at how well the product worked.  I don't know if Im just paranoid, but as soon as I felt that tingling sensation, I applied the product. As a result i did not have an outbreak.  This happened twice.

I liked the roller-ball very much. Citrumed works better than other products. I caught my outbreak right when the very first sympons arose and stared to use the product immediately.  It didn't flare up and the outbreak was only very minor and went away after the end of the second day.

My outbreaks usually last about 2 weeks. It was gone after 4 days with your product – that includes waiting ½ a day before use to make sure I had an outbreak coming. I use Valtrex sometimes. It takes at least a week even with Valtrex. I am embarrassed to pick Valtrex up at the pharmacy and do not like to get it mainly for that reason. I wonder what the person thinks of me when I pick up the prescription. I felt strong burning but that is OK because the product worked so well. The consistency was perfect but I only used it 3 or 4 times a day because of the burning and because it is difficult to use the product all the time when I am at work. I would like to test out any other product you come out with.

I usually use Valtrex for breakouts and usually before it became a full on breakout.  The last time I had a really badone was at hunting camp and didn't have the Valtrex til I got home.  When I used the pills it took 3 -5 days for it to go away. Your product took around the same but seemd to dry it out a little quicker. Buring wasn't that bad.  It was liveable.  I would also say for a time I was itchy down there so the buring actually was somewhat of a relief and easy to deal with compared to the itching.
